Specific Form plugin

  • Hi all,

    I’ve been looking for a plugin that could do what this one does: drop down lists -but for a contact form-, with subcategories for those lists (mark->model…).

    Example: https://www.urparts.com/index.cfm/page/entermachinedetails/categoryId/1/isBuyer/true/

    I thought Contact Form 7 and co could do the trick, but apparently no.

    Any ideas or names of plugins which could do that?
