Editing settings doesn't work

Hi,

I only want the button as on image hover.
In the settings, I’m unable to change the “in page” settings. I changed it not to show “in post”, but it still messes up the look of my blog. I use the Memory theme.

Why can it be that I’m unable to change the settings?
