    Thanks but I can’t find how to update my theme. There doesn’t seem to be an option anywhere.

    Also I just noticed that my homepage is in a redirect loop on all my devices. I have no idea what’s going on.

    Ok I deactivated all my plugins and the redirect loop stopped. I’m in the process of figuring out which one may be causing the problem. Otherwise, when I reactivated Woocommerce, my initial problem resumed.

    Not all themes support the feature where you can just click a button to do an update. I don’t know how your theme works as it is a commercial one which is not available to www.ads-software.com members, so you will need to consult your theme documentation or ask your theme’s support service.

    For a different commercial theme that I own, to update it I download the zip to my hard drive, extract the files there and then ftp them into the existing theme directory. As with all updates, take a good backup before starting.

    I should update the theme before doing the plugin tests.
