I removed it as the oft makes it obsolete.

So I can’t regenerate all pictures, when I change theme? But it will only do it on the fly?

it will do it on the fly, where it’s needed, if you check that checkbox in the admin. All you have to do is check that checkbox and it will take care of everything.
Do you want to have the old functionality back? why?

I have around 7-8000 pictures. Now when I change theme (Which is rare, cause it is alot of work) I have to regenerate all pictures to make it fit my theme.

Let’s say in theory that I have 10000 visitors and alot more pictures, would’nt it slow the server way down? Of cause it only do it once per pictures, I know.

Sitting here typing, it’s seems like a good idea to remove it, since the load will only happen in a short period of time – and who changes theme everyday. ??
