Purchased Pro Version…. Need Some Support

HI. I purchased the Pro version and used your site’s contact to submit a query without a response. I followed up by sending you an email to sales(at)refactored.co.I was getting dismayed and wondered if you were still supporting your pluigin until I saw you’re still actively responding to queries here, so here goes:

1) Could you provide me with a MySQL query that would scan all posts and force regenerate/fetch video thumbs AND assign them as the post featured image? See, the problem I am having is that I need to fetch new video thumbs, but the way your bulk tool works is if a post already has a video thumb, it won’t refresh it. It just skips the post…. Ditto if a featured image is also present.

So I need a query to use or something to temporarily pop into my functions.php file that will let me refresh ALL video thumbs (even if a thumb is currently present in a post) AND assign that thumb as the featured image (again, even if a featured image is already assigned.)

2) Simultaneously, I would like to suggest a feature request that allows users to select those options in the bulk tool (ie, “Force Refresh” and “Force Assign As Featured Image”.
