I’m working on a Haitian nonprofit’s website https://www.goodbirth.net and I’ve got a white screen of death, unable to sign in to wp-admin. I am understandably a liTTLE FREAKED OUT hahaha but your support seems fantastic so I will remain calm.

Fatal error: Class ‘WPCF7_TagGenerator’ not found in /home2/tempgood/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-paypal-extension/contact-form-7-paypal-extension.php on line 210

Anything you can do to help me out? Thank you!

… I went in through cPanel and smited the entire plugin out of existence. I will reinstall, since I only had a partial form setup anyway.

Find the “File Manager” tab in cPanel and navigate to the folder described in error code (for me it was home2, then public_html, etc). From there I could have tried fixing line 210 but I decided to delete the whole plugin folder because when I fix a problem I kill it dead.

Hope this can help someone in the future! This deletes all your forms and settings though, you’ve been warned.

    Hi Arufer,

That error is not from my plugin. It is from this other plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contact-form-7-paypal-extension/

I would highly suggest using my plugin though, my plugin does not cause errors like that.

    Thanks,
    Scott
