I can’t seem to reproduce the problem. I have a base installation of WooCommerce, Storefront theme and Quantities and Units installed. When I visit the cart page I can change the value, click update and the new total is calculated.

You mention cart and checkout as being the same page. In WooCommerce these are two seperate pages. WooCommerce does not have the ability to change values on the checkout page since this is where you’re finalizing your order. This is true whether QU is activated or not.

Can you please provide a url showing the issue or the exact steps to reproduce the problem?

marking this as resolved since I haven’t heard back.

I may have the same issue. Once I’ve got too much (or adding more would create an “over maximum” order state), then I get an error message:

“You can only purchase a maximum of X PRODUCT Ys at once and your cart has X PRODUCT Y’s in it already.”

However, there is no button to visit the cart in order to remove the previous item, or othewise see what is in the card.

I suggest that when getting that error, to show the cart, that way it is clear to people what is happening. Otherwise they get the error message but don’t have any options (no checkout button, no view cart button, nothing).

I have the same problem here.
Cart and checkout pages are different ones.
There is no way I can change the quantity, whatever I do.
I used different themes, including several woocommerce enabled themes, no difference.
Removed all plugins, which added woocommerce functionality
There is no way to change the quantity.
