24 Coding Errors causing Web Designer and Browser Problems
-
WP 4.4.1 – Pinnacle 1.3.5
New Install for testing, NO added Plugins.
Test Site: https://102b.org/wordpress/Our team of Filipino Web Developers have expressed a need to add a highly customizable, truly responsive theme to the portfolio currently offered.
Beyond responsiveness we are looking for a theme with Well Formed Code and proper use of both HTML5 Semantic Elements and an HTML5 Outline.
We test against the W3C Nu Html Checker and W3C CSS3 Validator. Likewise we check against the HeadingsMap addon for Firefox and numerous other tools (including many in house tools) to deliver our clients quality code that will provide a quality experience to the user, Well Formed Code to the client, and will rate well on the SERP’s.
As I began looking for an appropriate theme, Pinnacle came on my radar and was recommended by a few of my former students. I therefor loaded a server with a new install of the latest WordPress and the latest Pinnacle, and began running tests.
Another thing I am looking for is the responsiveness of the theme support. The results to date are 24 coding errors that either are problems for the Web Developer / Client, or cause actual Browser Rendering problems with various browsers.
I wrote these 24 coding errors down in an email, and included the exact programing fixes (I have been writing code in the USA for 45 years, but only started writing PHP about 20 years ago). These are all minor, but needed changes for a production website.
I sent the long email to [email protected], from the Contact Us page of their website,

This email is far to long to post on this forum without breaking it into multiple posts. The Subject of the email I sent is Pinnacle Suggestions. My question is…
Does anyone know of a better way to contact Kadence Themes?
I would like to offer them my help to correct their code, and turn the Pinnacle Theme into The Pinnacle of Responsive Themes! Going from a good and responsive theme, to a highly professional theme with error free, well formed code, and properly used semantic elements, and an SEO friendly HeaderMap.
In short, I would like to start a longer term relationship with Kadence Themes that would benefit both them and my students.
