Customizr Page not Loading

  • Hi ,

    For the past 3 days, one of my page is not loading in the dashboard. I cannot update it anymore. it is timing out and never load. This is the only page i have an issue with?

    Can someone help me please? I already contacted my webhosting and they checked the page everything is ok on their side, it seems to be an issue with the template.

    I am using Customizr Pro version.
    I haven’t launched my site yet but i did remove the maintenance mode.

    I hope you can help, i am desperate to update some new content on this page.

    I have been going over the page with Firefox dev tools and one issue I see is that, in the third group of images, though there are four listed and seem to be loaded, only three show on the page.

    If you click on them and view them in Lightbox, all four images show, but on the page, the one on the end is missing – maha_al_musa_training.jpg (black & white with red jacket/pillow – holding a baby).

    Try this to see if you can get in to Edit the page…
    Go to Pages > All Pages
    Hover over the page title in question and links will appear below it.
    Choose “Quick Edit” – it will slide open.
    In it, there are some “drop-downs”. Look for one labelled “Status”.
    Click the small “V” (grey) and the drop-down will open – choose “Draft”.
    Press the blue “Update” button on the bottom right.

    This will take the page out of view in your site temporarily.
    See if the page loads in the Editor now.

    Perfect it worked- I cleared my cache as well. Thank you so much.

    NOW, i have changed browser and realised the slider doesn’t show pictures the same way on 3 different browser. Actually slider is smaller on safari, font doesn’t look the same too. I designed the site on Chrome and it shows different on safari and firefox and IPAD.
    I thought the customizr template was browser responsive?

    Anything i can do about this?

    What you are encountering is the rendering processes of different browsers – the bane of each and every desiner/developer. Each browser rendering engine constructs the browser in a particular order and in accordance with either the default option in the browser or what individuals set for default rendering.

    I will refer to a similar question and the answer by Aaron Boodman, a former Technical Lead from ’08-’13, worked for Opera Software on customer service and quality assurance (2001-mid 2013) and helped build Google Chrome.
