    Hi,
I’m trying to use the plugin to show only 1 item from amazon Italy.

    I’ve done all these steps:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Add Unit by Search.
    2. Select the Item Look-up option in the Types option in the next screen.
    3. Set your desired ASINs delimited by commas in the next unit definition form.

The problem is that when I go to preview the unit just created, it appears to be empty and I see the message No products found.

The ASIN is correct (it’s B001G7PBIC, for the Canon 5D Mark II camera)!

    What should I do?
    Thank you

    Hi,

The item, B001G7PBIC, with the Italian locale is properly shown in my environment.

Are you setting multiple items? In that case, check the Perform search per item check box.

    Hi,
no, I’m trying to set only that single product.
Nothing changes whether I check the Perform search per item checkbox or not… still “No Products Found”

Can you reconnect the API by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> Authentication and pressing Disconnect and Connect?

    Done.
I’ve also tried disabling and enabling again the plugin but still the same result…

Okay, can you clear caches by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> Cache?

    done, but didn’t work either

I would like to point out that in all these tries I’ve always created a new unit, choosing a different name, so probably the issue isn’t due to caching problem…

Can you check if you have black and white list items by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> General -> Global Product Filters? If you have something there, temporarily remove them. Also try setting Prevent Duplicates off.

Also make sure you don’t have any values set to unit Product filers which can be accessed in the unit editing page.

Let me know if this helps.

Setting the Prevent Duplicates off fixed the problem!

    Thank you

Oh, wait, you may just set that ASIN to the white list option and it may work without changing the Prevent Duplicates option.
