Popup maker in menu

@juulheeftvragen – Did you set targeting conditions for your popup to “On Entire Site” as is needed for a main menu? Sounds like either the popup isn’t loading or the menu is being modified by your theme stripping out the classes. Do you have a link?

I have set the conditions “On Entire Site”, the website is: https://kick-r.nl. The button in the menu is “BERICHT”.

Is there anybody who can help me?

@juulheeftvragen – Looks like your theme is not using wp_footer(); properly, and likely missing wp_head(); also.

Check your themes footer.php file for wp_footer(); if you don’t see it we need to get it added like this just before the </body>

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

Same for the header.php file.

Just before the </head> should be

<?php wp_head(); ?>
