HELP! Errors after update to 1.8

  • Can anyone help with this problem? After updating Polylang plugin, I get an error on my website’s front page:

  • Had the same, I removed the plugin via FTP and then I was able to login again on my website. I reinstalled the plugin, now everything works fine.

    Thanks for the answer ?? Does removing the plugin affect the translations, would I need to re-translate some things again?

    I first thought it would affect it, so I prepared for the worst. But when I deleted it and downloaded it again, everything was back to normal.

    Make sure you have a back up of all your translations just in case!

    I also got the same errors. Tried like WilmaW described but it didn’t work.
    I was using two plugins that extended polylang.
    Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration and Polylang – Translate URL Rewrite Slugs, I deactivated them and now it works. You probably have some other plugin not playing nice with polylang 1.8.
