eShop Confirmation link going to Email a friend

    Have just updated to the latest version of eShop 6.3.14 and of WordPress since then when shoppers at the checkout complete their address details and click on confirmation they are taken to an ‘Email ‘Checkout’ to a friend’ page. I have deactivated and reactivated eShop without success.

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fifteen theme with all other plugins deactivated? I suspect you have a theme or plugin conflict.

    Hello, I’ve deactivated all plugins (except WP Stagecoach) and have activated Twenty Fifteen theme and activated eShop. I went to the shop but could not see any products although I could see the groups that the products are grouped by.

    I checked that the products (mostly downloads) were there and the downloads were all listed but with the following preamble which may or not be relevant.

    Try re-uploading a fresh copy of eShop using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a follow-up.

    Has the eshop plugin been deleted from the wordpress plugins? I can’t find it any more.
