Sub-folders or directories

I have a 360 page HTML site that is divided (segregated) by folders. Each topic or section is put into a sub-folder and there are sub-folders within folders. Here is an example of a URL showing the folder/sub-folder divisions:

https://weightloss.com/weight-loss/weight-loss-1/13-medical-insurance-lap-band-surgery/Weight-loss-surgery-history/Weight-loss-surgery-history.htm

What will happen to the sub-folder structure if I convert this?
