    @bjornjoha,

    It might be related to change of theme/ its update or another plugin. We have not released an update which will influence Captcha display.

    can the reason be that the form is inside a div tag ?

    Yes, that might cause issues, please do not include the shortcode of the Form Maker within a div with specific styling options. Thank you. In addition you can give us link to your form and we might help you out if removing from <div> doesn’t resolve the issue. Thank you.
