    Hi,

    We have used this plugin for years on a large number of sites, and it is no longer working across the board on all of those sites since the latest upgrade of your plugin. It used to work on all of these sites, and so it’s not anything we’ve configured wrong. Multiple people are posting about this, so it seems to be an actual issue with the plugin, not our sites or configurations. Can you please check your plugin?

    Hello Takayuki Miyoshi,

    The border + the complete background is red.

    Regards Michel

    Hi,
    Before accusing Developers, thank you to verify your configuration.
    I had the same issue. In fact, this plugin is valid. Your issue is only a misconfiguration.
    Change the “From” setting to : <[your-email]>. Don’t forget the “<” and the “>“.

    Try again… The plugin works!
    Cheers

    Sorry, Kler, i still got the red bar……

    I tried: <[your-email]> or a valid mailadress like [email protected] in the From field.

    I checked everything double. I checked all documentation, tips, email issues, but i can not figure out where the problem is in. I changed my theme to a default theme (then there is a red border, without background). I installed the plugin again. I receive a email when i reset my password. I have another site on the same server without a problem. I copied exact every setting to this form, still got the problem….so i think something related to this site, yes plausibel, but what….

    Form (i actually changed this part also to a default basic form, but this is the real form):
    <div class=”row”>
    <div class=”col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-12 col-xs-12″>
    [text* your-name watermark “Naaam:”]
    </div>
    <div class=”col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-12 col-xs-12″>
    [email* your-email watermark “E-mail:”]
    </div>
    <div class=”col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-12 col-xs-12″>
    [tel* phone watermark “Telefoon:”]
    </div>
    <div class=”col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-sm-12 col-xs-12″>
    [textarea* your-message watermark “Bericht:”]
    </div>
    </div>
    <div class=”submit-wrap”>[submit “Verzend bericht”]<input type=”reset” value=”Verwijder Bericht”/></div>

    To: [email protected]
    From: Paars-rijk <[email protected]> (i also tried every other option like <[your-email]>)
    Subject: tekst tekst
    no other input fields

    I can not provide a live link in a forum, but can send it to email by example.

    Regards Michel

    Everything in your form setup looks good and your testing looks thorough.
    ?
    ?There must be something on this site that is causing this problem if it works on the other site on the same server, but I can’t see what it is.
    ?
    ?At this stage I’d recommend you use Postman SMTP temporarily to see if this solves your problem. This should bypass any blocks on your local several and also includes excellent email debugging which might indicate what is causing your problem..

    Ok, Postman SMTP installed. Test mail with Postman SMTP is good.

    Sending with the form: still the red error, but i see in the email log: No body specified
    This is at least something…… How to solve this?

    Regards Michel

    Does someone know how to solve: No body specified

    Same problem here.
    Worked fine for about a year. After wordpress update having the same issue.

    Solved!

    After Postman SMTP, checks, testing, checks, logs……. it was finaly a basic thing.

    The last error message: No body specified means there is in the form on the E-mail tab in the field ‘Message body’ nothing. That’s not good, when sending email there is nothing to send.
