Did you put in the success and failed urls in the payment source

Return url for Viva Dashboard

yourdomainname.gr/wc-api/WC_em_Vivapayments_Gateway

or

yourdomainname.gr?wc-api=WC_em_Vivapayments_Gateway if permalinks are disabled.

There was no problem with the plugin afterall.
Just not the correct wallet id.

I see there is a dropdown list where I choose the Return Page, I see no other field.

I have follow the instruction but after the payment i get a page with “-1” as text. What am i doing wrong?

I got the e-shop from another developer and i saw that inside the viva wallet he had another url in the redirection. He had something like domain/order-recieved/ but then i got 404 page error.

Can anyone help me?

hi,

we are having the same issue..
the user selects viva payments during checkout, the website moves to the next page saying
“order confirmed, you will now be redirected to viva payments website ,etc…”
but it never happens..

we checked the instructions like 5 times and we use correct api keys, merchantid and codeid. . on vivapayments, the source is active and redirection url set to
https://…/?wc-api=WC_Papaki_Vivapayments_Gateway?
we also checked and SOAP is enabled (as per another comment on another thread)

here is the versions of the platform as reported by WC.

WC Version: 2.6.14
WP Version: 4.7.2

Papaki seams to have forked the payment Gateway so contact them directly for support.

I used both plugins and had the same issue.
I copied the wrong URL on the post.
I am now using your version of the plugin.

I checked again and the right plugin and URL is used:
?wc-api=WC_em_Vivapayments_Gateway

What else should i check? the redirect is not happening.

The return URL has nothing to do with the redirect. Check your PHP version 5.6<. PHP version 7 is no supported.
If nothing works you must debug manually.
