Top Header Bar Problem with Polylang

Hello everyone,
I have problem with our website, we use Polylang plugin to make multilanguage site and it works. Last week we added top header bar, but I couldn’t do multilanguage top bar. There is no support (or I couldn’t find) about this issue. Our WP theme is Highend. I want to multilanguage top header bar like main menu. How can I do that? Please help me. I don’t want use WPML. We prefer Polylang because it is free. Thanks in advance.
