Website working bu cannot Login to admin

I successfully upgraded my website to 4.4.1 a few weeks ago, but when I tried to login to admin now, it will accept my login but redirect me to login screen again: https://gardencanadensis.ca/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fgardencanadensis.ca%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
I used phpAdmin to check the wp_options records. It appears that the HOME uri record is missing. Please advise what is the proper way to correct that. The website appears to be working otherwise.
