Install 2 different WordPress versions on the same server?

    Hello – I am running 9 blogs on WP 2.0.5 on a Windows2003 server. Each blog has its own database, 2nd level domain, and virtual host.

    I want to install a new(er) version of WP for a new blog. It will have its own database, domain and virtual host.

    Will I have problems running two versions of WordPress on the same server? I couldn’t find this topic anywhere.

    2.0.5. and 2.1.x or 2.2.x or 2.3.x, for example.

    PS: Please don’t advise me to upgrade the other blogs. It is not possible at this point in time.

    Yes as long as your server meets the minimum requirements for the newest version then it would be no different than the nine other blogs you run.
