WordPress Network error

Working on moving our website from a static site with an additional wordpress install that uses commitchange to a WP network with several sites. When I launch the commitchange plugin on one of the sites, the wordpress network admin section fails – it’s given a server 500 error.
I turned debug on I am prompted with the following error.

Do you have plans to fix this and allow WordPress Network access?
