"Site not ready yet"

I think this is an installation question, but anyway…

So I have my website (https://www.kevinhughesart.com) installed and now I’m just working on some coding to get it to look how I want. However, in asking some friends and family if they can see the site (just testing it), apparently all but one person I’ve asked can see my site. According to one person, my site redirects to a blank page that says something like “site is not ready yet.” And it’s only on her browsers that this appears to be happening.

She says she’s entering the correct address but still nothing comes up. Again, this is only happening to her it seems.

So, I have two questions. 1) Does anyone else get the same blank page if they look at my site? and 2) How can it be fixed? I presume it’s an issue with her browsers.
