Page tags displayed in widget but not through shortcode

Hi,
I’d like to have a tagcloud section on my homepage, showing both post tags and page tags. It works if I add the tagcloud as a widget, but if I add the cloud through the shortcode it only shows post tags.
What to do to show both page and post tags?
