    ?Yes you can definitely create a CF7 survey form with many questions. I don’t know of a tutorial, but if you can describe in some more detail how “it didn’t work” for you, I should be able to point you to some useful information.

    Hi Buzztone,

    Okay, so I went to create the questions, they’re embedded on my site, but when I go to fill them out as a test, after submit it says, “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

    It’s okay, I played around with it for hours and figured it out.
