WP doesn;t accept name and address on comment

SInce upgrading to 4.4.1 (not sure if the change in version is actually pertinent) if one attempts to comment(settings require e-mail and name) one still gets “Error: please fill the required fields (name, email).” If I turn off the switch that requires e-mail and name, everything else works fine.

Plugins are akismet, OpenID, WP Mobile Pack, OTP, Anthologize, SI Captcha, WP Database Backup, WP Approve User, Subscribe2
