• I installed this plugin on my website and it worked fine. Now I’ve just this week installed it on my blog and there’s a problem. One of the few things I use it for is to be able to add a new colour. With the website, I can create a new colour and it’s there forever – all I have to do is select it. Now, with my blog, I have to set the new colour each time I want to use it.

Now it’s just the one colour, but to have to set it up again every time is getting to be a pain. Isn’t there a way to store a new colour (like there was on my website)?

I’ve just checked and they’re different versions. The plugin on my website (real-memory-improvement.com) is v. 4.1.9, and the plugin on my blog (truly-amazing.com) is v. 4.2.8

Do I need to install the earlier version on my blog in order for a new colour to stay stored?

Perhaps you are using another TinyMCE plugin for picking colors? Maybe this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tinymce-colorpicker/.

I’ve been planning to add color saving support to the default TinyMCE extension too. This is in WordPress, not added by TinyMCE Advanced.

Thanks Andrew, worked like a treat! It saves me looking up the hex code for the color I’ve used before if I want to use it again.

I don’t know how you guys make these things, but I really appreciate the work you do. Thank you again!! IN COLOR!!
