Service Unavailable message

I can view my site, but when I attempt to log in to my admin, I receive the following message: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I have the site hosted through GoDaddy, and after speaking with them, I was told it was a WordPress issue.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
