Stop autotag for specifik users

  • Hey there,

    I need to make a customization to stop posts made by specific users to be auto tagged.

    Of course, I’d prefer not to make customizations to the plugin itself. So, I’ve added a user meta field to select which users, that’s the easy part. Now to my questions: is there any function in the script that I can call to make such exceptions?

    Hi, APT doesn’t have this feature yet, sorry to disappoint you. Code modification will be necessary (it can be done in a similar fashion allowed post types and statuses are currently handled – see the first few lines of the function apt_single_post_tagging). I’ll put this on my to-do list.
