Cannot log into wp-admin

  • My company’s blog before handed over to our agency to run was functioning perfectly fine. Of recent, I wish to check hence attempted login with my default (master) admin password but the site wouldnt log me in.

    I have tried using different connections – wifi, lan, tethering. I cleared the cache, disable Chrome’s plugin but still it wouldnt log me in. Don’t try asking me about browsers – did with Chrome, IE and Firefox, all wouldnt log me in.

    The weird thing is my team mates all are able to log in using the master password on their own laptops.

    Can someone advice what anomaly is this??

    I’m not sure what the anomaly is, but I can suggest something you could try.

    If you get one of your team mates to log in and set you up with an admin login, then try that and see if that works?

    Would be interested to know if that gave you the same issue.
