losing activation code

    Smartsupp chat window disappears from website because it loses the activation code time to time (maybe it is only after updating to a newer version of the plugin). It is annoying because the live chat window disappears from the website until admin finds that there is something bad with it and re-enters the code to the plugin administration. Repair this issue, please.
