The error comes even if i select ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ or ‘Cash on Delivery’
So I think it does not depend on what payment gateway we select

Everything is working fine when logged in as admin

How to ensure the error doesn’t come when not logged in as admin ?

How do I get shipping to show?

Do a test with the default WP theme.

Click on shop in menu bar of the website to get the shopping cart page

Yeah I did that but there is no shipping to UK. Did you enable any rates?

Right, I saw the issue.

I doubt the error message is coming from WordPress or WooCommerce because I cannot find that text, and previlliege is spelt wrong.

Test with another theme, then if it does the same, start disabling plugins and test again.

Ok,will disable and test,but I think the error message is thrown by default error handlers,hence no text is found
