Quantity Discount

I didn’t see where it was listed, but thought I would ask to be certain. Can this plugin apply a discount to product based based on the quantity purchased? (or something close)

for example:
Buy 1: $250
Buy 3-9: -$30/unit
Discount minimum 10: -$40/unit

So if the item is $250 dollars
Buy 1 for $250
Buy 3 for $660 (($250-$30) * 3))
Buy 5 for $1100 (($250-$30) * 5))
Buy 10 for $2100 (($250-$40) * 10))

It doesn’t matter if a new price per unit is entered for quantity levels or if it is a discount applied to the base single unit price.
