    Hey Xpo081,

Thanks for posting! Do you mean the submenu under the Solutions menu? Or is it something else? It should appear after holding the Solutions menu down for a while. Is this not the case for you?

    Hi Hinampaksh,

Yes this is not the case. We hold the “solutions” menu down for a while or even tap it and the sub-menu does not appear. It goes to the solutions hyperlink. This is just happening for a Kindle Fire Android OS.

    Hi Hinampaksh,

Are you seeing the same thing as us?

    Hey Xpo081,

Sorry for the delayed reply. We’re only using BrowserStack to check for this issue and it’s only using an emulator for Kindle, not an actual device, and yes, we’re seeing the same issue as you are. What version of Android is your Kindle running? The one we have on BrowserStack is 4.3.

    Hey Xpo081,

I did try visiting our website www [dot] wpbeaverbuilder [dot] com using the emulator and it works fine. Would it be possible for you to visit the same site and see if you experience the same issue? If you aren’t, would it be possible to remove all custom styling/scripts, and disable all plugins and check if you get the same thing?

    Ben
