Just installed. Text not underlined

Hello –

If you look on our homepage of https://jayakula.org/, you will see the top Welcome section. The words “Trika Shaivism” and “Dzogchen” have tooltips. But the text is not underlined.

Can you tell me how to fix this? Thanks.
