• A quick introduction… I’ve been an (X)HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL site developer for a few years now, but this is my first WordPress-based site, designed & assembled in about a 2 week time frame.

    https://www.TrailMAXSaddleBags.com

TrailMAX is a division of a company called Outfitters Supply from Columbia Falls, MT – They engineer & manufacture trail riding & horse/mule packing equipment. Earlier in February I talked them into creating a site that would showcase their products but also offer useful information to cowboys & equestrian enthusiasts.

I’m looking for whatever thoughts, harsh criticism, or praise the WordPress community has to offer in regards to the code, site design/layout, etc.

Any and all replies/comments/suggestions are genuinely appreciated – If you take the time to write something, I’ll take the time to reply.

    Many thanks!

  • It’s a very well presented site, I’d say maybe the parent pages (Home, Saddlebags and Horn Bags) stand out a little more, maybe bold, a different color or a different colored background.

    Cheers,

Thanks for your comments, Steve – I’ll probably do so within the next day or so, and am considering using sIFR to customize the <H1> text and make it stand out a little more.

For now, I’m trying to make well-written content the priority, which racks my brain all to hell since I’m not a backcountry packer or horseman by any stretch of the imagination. (Though the owners are, and will probably write some better stuff once everything has been handed over to them.)
