Formatting buttons missing in 2.3.3

I installed 2.3.3 this morning and now when I go to write a new post, all of my post formatting buttons are missing. Everything is gone as if the formatting bar doesn’t even exist. Also, I cannot switch between “visual” and “code” modes.

Another strange behavior is that what I attempt to send an image to the editor via the uploaded, nothing will happen if I click the “send to editor” button. However, if I drag the image into the editor, the URL of the image appears in the text box.

This problem does not manifest itself on the other blogs I have with 2.3.3. Also, I’ve disabled all my plugins without any effect.
