Bpost version 1.1.0: Free shipping in Belgium >€100 (staging site).
In the cart and checkout page, the shipping still shows ‘Bpost shipping (vanaf) €4,00, even when the free shipping amount has been reached. So it should show €0,00 in the cart and checkout page too.

After placing the order and being redirected to the shipping choices, the amount is €0,00.

    Can you please check this?

Strange. We just did the test on your staging site and see “free shipping”…

Ok, we got it. We can reproduce the issue.

    Hi,

If in your “Tax” settings, you define “I encode price without VAT” – then you need to encode free shipping cart amount without VAT as well.

I encode price with VAT in my shop.

I also set the free shipping for WC on €100,00, so now it shows the WC ‘free shipping’ option, but the bpost shipping stays on €4,01 (see other thread).

So I guess I need to turn off the WC free shipping, because the customers will not be redirected to the Bpost shipping module when they select the WC ‘free shipping’ option.

Indeed: WC Free Shipping is a “type” of shipping method. bpost shipping is another type of shipping method.
If people select WC Free Shipping, they won’t be redirected to bpost.

Ok, but this still doesn’t solve the issue that if the customer qualifies for free shipping, the amounf ot shipping is shown as (vanaf)€4,00.

In my opinion, it should state: free, gratis, €0,00 … in the cart and checkout page.

Indeed bpost shippping fee should be (vanaf) 0€ if customer qualifies for it… We’ll have a 2nd look at the issue.

    Hi,

It seems to be working atm, don’t know which update triggered it.
Could you maybe remove the (vanaf) when the customer can get free shipping? Now it shows as Bpost shipping (vanaf)(Gratis).

Is it possible to translate the (vanaf) string with WPML?

    Hi,

If it works for you, I close the ticket (original issue is solved).

For your translation question, we will see.
Can you open a new thread please ?
