Since the last update to 1.1.0 I get the following error when accessing the parameters page of the bpost-shipping method:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘TijsVerkoyen\Bpost\Exception’ with message ‘Invalid response.’ in /customers/7/9/6/globemarine.be/httpd.www/wp/shop/wp-content/plugins/bpost-shipping/vendor/antidot/bpost-api-library/src/Bpost.php:248 Stack trace: #0 /customers/7/9/6/globemarine.be/httpd.www/wp/shop/wp-content/plugins/bpost-shipping/vendor/antidot/bpost-api-library/src/Bpost.php(424): TijsVerkoyen\Bpost\Bpost->doCall(‘/productconfig’, NULL, Array) #1 /customers/7/9/6/globemarine.be/httpd.www/wp/shop/wp-content/plugins/bpost-shipping/classes/class-wc-bpost-shipping-product-configuration.php(70): TijsVerkoyen\Bpost\Bpost->fetchProductConfig() #2 /customers/7/9/6/globemarine.be/httpd.www/wp/shop/wp-content/plugins/bpost-shipping/classes/class-wc-bpost-shipping-product-configuration.php(59): WC_BPost_Shipping_Product_Configuration->init_product_configuration() #3 /customers/7/9/6/globemarine.be/httpd.www/wp/shop/wp-content/plugins/bpost-shipping/classes/class-wc-bpost-shipping-product-configuration.php(126): WC_BPost_Shipping_ in /customers/7/9/6/globemarine.be/httpd.www/wp/shop/wp-content/plugins/bpost-shipping/vendor/antidot/bpost-api-library/src/Bpost.php on line 248

I looked around in the code abit and found this on line 71 in class-wc-bpost-shipping-product-configuration.php:
    catch( \TijsVerkoyen\Bpost\Exception $exception )
Looks like a local directory somewhere on the developpement machine ?

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi,
We fixed it in the release 1.1.1.
Can you update the plugin and let us know ?

    Thanks for your feedback,

Thanks ! It seems to work now, the error is gone and the parameters page shows like the other shipping methods. I’ll try the functionality when I get all the user/account information from bpost.

One thing though: the “activate” checkbox always stays empty, although I can see the shiping method is active on the shipping overview screen (where the priorities for each method can be set).
Maybe an error in the code reading the activation-status of the shipping method?
Or some file/setting from the previous versions of the plugin still there somewhere causing this ?

    Best regards

    Hi,

It is a normal behaviour, when you do not have a valid bpost user account, the plugin automatically deactivate as it cannot connect to the API

We wil anyway check “the code reading the activation-status of the shipping method”

    Hi,

Without negative feedback for 1 month, I suppose the issue doesn’t exists anymore (that works for us and for others webshops).
    I close the ticket.
