2013 Theme & Mobile responsiveness

Hello,

I am working the 2013 Theme, and am finding the site to lack some mobile responsiveness. I was able to adjust my custom css so that the header for the site is no loner cut off on an iphone view. However, the images and other web elements for each page don’t seem to be responding to different screen sizing.

I have tried to change the media queries in my custom css, but haven’t been able to find anything that works.

I am using jetpack to create custome css.
