For emails received, the links show the LONG mandrill tracking link.

Hey folks,
When emails are received, most of the time it shows the LONG mandrill version of the tracking link and not the original link. This clutters up emails and also is not real nice for customers to look at.
Plus, it does not show the real websites for the links in the url. It just shows mandrill links that are HUGE all over adn throughout the emails.
Can you please fix or tell me a setting to adjust (other than, “turn off tracking”)?

I just want to be sure both us and others (i.e. customers who receive our emails) are getting the intended link that shows in the emails and not the underlying LONG tracking email that is also branded mandrill all over the place.
Can you please help with a fix and some insight on what I can do now to workaround to fix while waiting for a plugin update fix too (i.e. code hack, setting adjustment in the plugin or the mandrill site etc etc etc)?
