Social Media "Shares"

    When I open any blog entry through my Facebook Page, the bottom of the post has a “Share” option for Twitter, Facebook and Google+. When I see a number next to the Facebook icon, I would think that this number represents the number of times the post was shared on Facebook. Is that right?

    And does this number of Shares mean the number of times that Facebook icon at the bottom of the post was used, as opposed to clicking on Share from the Facebook Page post?

    Its Number of Times Your Post is Shared on Facebook , BUT nOT nUMBER OF TIMES ITS Clicked.

    Facebook auto display number of times its share in profile and pages.
