receiving payments

I can not process payments, my registration is up & running and when you go to purchase a ticket it forwards you to paypal, but it then says payment could not be completed!!! I read on some forums that you are supposed to be re-directed from paypal back to the wp site but mine is just saying could not complete transaction.

Any help is appreciated!!
