Contact form – missing uploaded files and missing successfully sent message

    Hi there, i have a little issue with uploaded files via Huge IT contact form.
    For Upload File Directory i put wp-content/uploads/testimonials and for “testimonials” i have created a new folder, is this wrong? It’s because i want to recieve all sent files in that folder… Now i’m trying with a different account to send something and all i recieve is “File Not Found”. What path exactly we need to put in new contact form, on upload field in “Upload File Directory”?
    And a second question – when sending a new message with another account i don’t recieve a “successfully sent message” (Sender’s message was sent successfully), is this a bug? Everything else works perfectly and i love your plugins!!

    When in FileBox settings the window “Upload File Directory” input is empty, it uploads files by default in wp-content/uploads/ folder.If you need to set some more folders you just need to write the folder name with a slash after each directory name.
    As to “successfully sent a message”, go to your “Buttons” settings window in “Actions After Submission” choose “Print Success Message” for receiving the message.If it won’t help, you can contact to the support team via this email: [email protected].

    Thank you so much for your response, solved with “successfully sent message” but stil have the problem with uploaded files – bad format or file does not exist (for all file formats).
    If i put some new directory the file opens in wordpress and it says “file not found”, if i leave empty the file comes to my computer as downloaded file, when clicked. Still can’t get it work. I really need to contact your support team. Thanks for helping!
