    Hi There
I installed Virtue on my site and had parts of some page contents display in the menu. The only unusual things about the website that I can think of is that some of the pages are named with a .php suffix (using the Dot HTML,PHP,XML etc Pages plugin). I did that when I grafted WordPress onto an already large static site. I didn’t want to lose my search engine rankings by changing page names.

The site is at https://www.fad.co.za and I’ve had to take it back to the 2010 theme temporarily. There is a screenshot showing the result of my Virtue installation at https://fad.co.za/screen.png

    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    Thank you
    Allan

  • Hey,
In your apperance > menus page. You can click on a menu item. There you can click the arrow to open the item and you will see options like label, class and description.

That description box is what was showing when you enabled virtue. If you just go in you can remove the description and it wouldn’t show.

If you don’t see the description box click “screen options” in the top right corner and there you can click to enable descriptions.

    Thanks. That solved it.
