Where is woocommerce.css file, i cannot find it

    But its not a good idea to edit it because any edits will overwritten by plugin updates. Instead you should use custom css.

    If your theme does not have a setting where you can enter custom css, you can use a plugin like this one:

    Custom css, or the plugin, generally load last in the page so any styles they have will take precedence over equivalent woocommerce.css syles.
