• Just a quick question.

I have this plugin installed on a WPMU.

    Site ID 1 = example.com ( domain stays example.com )
    Site ID 2 = example.com/cars/ ( domain becomes fastcars.com )
    Site ID 3 – example.com/books/ ( domain becomes sweet-books.com )

All redirects domain-mapping stuff works perfectly fine and the urls point to the correct sites until I create a regular menu inside WP Site ID 2.
When I add some page items and categories to the menu and press save the urls on the front end all point to example.com/cars/category-a/ for example. OF course when I click on this link it will redirect will redirect me to fastcars.com/category-a/ but it’s not very pretty this way to be honest.

    Is there something wrong here?

If these are new sites you could just edit the site URL in Network Admin & eliminate the DM plugin.
