Is file search limited to title?

Search works for package description too. And It works by default. This issue may be coming from another plugin or active theme.

The first file “Pricing Tables” has a long description “Ut faucibus mi ligula, suscipit sodales eros lacinia at…” but no matter which of theses words of the description i enter, nothing is found.

Opps, didn’t understand you were referring to Data Table search. On Data Table, search works for only visible table cell contents (title, category, download label etc ).

Ok. So which shortcode do i have to use to be able to search the description?

If you search from default WordPress search widget it will work for description too.
