updating page not working

  • Make change on page (performance cancellation), click Update, check View. All very good. Leave WP, go to site from Chrome or Firefox or smartphone, page not changed! Tried changing themes, changing back. No help. Tried making change to primary menu, same deal: shows in WP, not in browser.

  • Do you have publishing privleges? (I.e., are you an admin, editor, or author?) Contributors cannot publish.

    I am the admin. I have been editing this site for two years. Just today, when I went to post a performance cancellation notice, something I’ve done a dozen times be fore, the updated page does not get out to other browsers, though it shows fine in WordPress. The home page should show the cancellation notice, also on the Event Calendar page.
