Album links not working after WordPress upgrade

Resave your permalinks in WP.

I tried that with no success.

Any other suggestions?

The links could be affected depending on how WP and Nextcellent are using permalinks.

I’d recommend reading the Nextcellent manual page 62, where we explain how permalink works. Please check the main site in few hours to download a copy of the manual (currently site is not available, there is an upgrade running).

We haven’t made any changed to the permalinks and it worked before. I can read the manual to make sure.

I tried everything listed and it doesn’t work. I also tried to deactivate plugins to see if anything is conflicting and that didn’t work. I tried switching themes and that didn’t work. Can you provide any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. I created an album, and used the shortcode on the page: [album id=1 template=extend]. The thumbnails for each gallery show, but the links don’t go anywhere.

I checked “Use permalinks” in Nextcellent settings, and re-saved the Permalinks setup on my site. I also hit the “Recreate URLs” button in Nextcellent.

I have investigated, and it seems NextCellent permalinks are only working when you use the default option in the WordPress permalink options.

I have no idea why though, and that part of the plugin is very old and weird, so I don’t know when I will be able to fix this.

Well, that’s odd, as it worked not too long ago…

Just noticed this not working tonight also. Only the “Plain” permalink structure. I thought it had something to do with using WP Super Cache, but that is not the case. Hope this gets fixed.

I have a similar issue – just with ALL regular post and pages! Main page seems ok, each link to post/page leads to 404. Permalinks done, all plugins deactivated, server support chat for hours. It must be the update. Have a look here: https://fitpro.de/m/ Frontpage seems ok, each post links to 404, backend looks fine. Ideas? Hoping for an update…
