How to call WooCommerce template in LMS theme?

    Hello,

    I need assign on my page WooCommerce template (form-edit-account.php), in the previous version (2.1 and lower) was such shortcode. I use 2.5 version of WooCommerce and can’t find a right solution how to assign this template.
